Why is my Yamaha natural sound not working?

If there is a clicking sound, then the standby power supply (+5.5V) is working hence the relay clicks in but auto-protect mode is kicking in trigerring off Q3003. All of the above are internal requiring that the Yamaha be opened up to effect repairs. Unfortunately, no quick easy fix.

The receiver sees it is a dolby signal coming in (I have it set to auto), but can only get sound fromthe 2 main speakers. Even when I put it in test mode, I only hear tones from the 2 main speakers.
