I wanted to post this in case anybody else is having problems with internet radio on their Yamaha receiver. I had been getting the dreaded “Please Wait” message when trying to access internet radio.
Why is my 2060 not working with Net Radio?
My 2060 is working with Net Radio right now. I’m listening to “Mr. Sandman” by The Puppini Sisters, on Legends 100.3 FM on my RX-A1020 Net radio. I’m making a wild guess, maybe your internet provider is pushing out bug fixes, updates, etc, which can cause delays and interruptions. With the new year I’ve already had internet interruption.
Are there any Yamaha receivers that are perfect?

Why does my Yamaha RX v675 have no sound?
I connected just the basics, two speakers (all I have right now), subwoofer (powered), hdmi out and network to try it out, and I’m not getting any sound out of it whatsoever. I’ve tried using the radio, and playing Pandora through the internal app and no matter how much I turn the volume up, I get absolutely zero sound.

The tv is plugged into the yamaha HMDI out, cause if i plug the TV in the HDMI in there wont be any display. any ideas please? Yes the receiver HDMI output has to be connected to the TV HDMI-ARC input.
Why does my Yamaha receiver stop playing sound?
I have a Yamaha RX-V671 receiver that just stopped putting out sound completely. This happens on all inputs, including HDMI, Sonos connected via optical audio input, and even the tuner. Video from HDMI inputs works just fine.
