Is it a disc or player problem?

Why does my CD player send back a ” no disc ” message?

(I’m out of canned air.) The player turns on and the radio works fine, but every cd spins for a moment and then gets the “no disc” rejection. I can’t find out much information anywhere else.

Why does my Bose laser not read dual layer discs?

Bose systems sometimes have an issue reading dual layer discs and other cheaper burned discs. Assuming these are quality working discs then your options are to unplug the unit for 2 minutes from the electrical outlet and this will force a reset.
