Set the fronts to Small with an 80 Hz crossover. Re-check for subwoofer output. If the subwoofer doesn’t rumble when the AVR pings it, then contact SVS at [email protected] for more support. I was having the same problem and I went into setup, speakers, manual setup, bass, and set it from LFE to LFE+Main.

What to do if there is no subwoofer sound?
First make sure Pure Direct is disabled. If it is disabled and still no bass from sub – re-run set-up from scratch (not just Audyssey). Make sure the subwoofer rumbles when the AVR pings it (see below). Set the fronts to Small with an 80 Hz crossover.
