Can you check on the tv settings if Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is enabled on the TV as this has to be turned on to get an ARC connection. You’ll find it under General settings, external device manager. You probably need to check the soundbar has anynet+ (hdmi-cec) enabled also.

Once my soundbar was connected to wireless and the app was functioning and my soundbar was listed within the app, I selected my soundbar, clicked on ‘Information’ (upper right corner) concerning the Q70T soundbar in the app and it states there’s a firmware update available. The current version is HW-Q70TWWB-1006.0.
