I called Fishman and repair is a flat $50 bench charge. I pulled the preamp chassis (they sent instructions) so I wasn’t paying freight on whole amp. turnaround should be 2 to 3 weeks. I still like them and use then so “get it fixed and carry on” was the answer for me.
